JM RET has launched an exciting community-based project working in partnership with Businesses, Schools & NHS Trusts across the nation. Our objective is simple – to help adults improve their Maths and English. Our lessons are delivered by experienced adult education tutors who guide and support adults through their own functional skills qualification whilst providing advice & support.
A recent survey found that:
• Two thirds of adult parents admit that they cannot help their children with their homework.
• Half of adults admitted to using google to find answers to Maths or English questions.
• In some areas of the country, a quarter of adults have the numeracy skills of a 7 to 9-year-old or below. *
How long does the course last?
Just 1 hour per week for 12 – 15 weeks. We have courses starting throughout the year so sign up now!

Our course improves the confidence and self-esteem of adults whilst in the long term, improving job and higher education prospects and help to strengthen relationship between families, schools & businesses.
